Plot Sizes and Prices

If you have not exhibited with us before, please phone to discuss - we do not like duplicating trades, and many stands are prebooked each year.

Previous exhibitors always have priority.

Grass Plots

Small Plots = 4m (12ft) Square (e.g. numbers B28 to B41) £165 + VAT Each

All Other Plots = 6m (20ft) Square (eg numbers 1 to 18) or 7.5m x 5m (25 ft x 16ft) (eg numbers B20 to B27) £225 + VAT Each

Plots in Marquees

Small Plots = 2m (6ft) Square (eg numbers M-5 to M-15) £145 + VAT Each

Large Plots = 3m (10ft) Wide x 2.4m (8ft) Deep £195 + VAT Each

There is an unlimited amount of Display Space available in the marquee (ie unmanned space) @ £60 + VAT for 2 metres - you arrange your display before the show opens, we will keep the area tidy and replenish with leaflets as necessary, you dismantle at end of show.

Electricity
(not available on all plots)

£85 + VAT (but £40 + VAT if for lighting only)
24-hour use - £125 + VAT
